How To Make Gluten Free Sourdough Bread

From Starter to Fresh Baked Bread

If you know what it's like to search the grocery store aisles for a delicious and nutritious gluten free bread, then this mini-course is for you. Unfortunately, the bread you find in the grocery store is full of filler ingredients, unhealthy flours, and don't taste or have the texture of the bread you desire. You might be thinking that it's too hard to make sourdough bread, I don't know how to bake or it takes way too much time.

Myth #1 Creating a Sourdough is Hard...this is actually the easiest step of the process. This step only requires you to mix a little flour and water together and set it on the counter, you don't even need to remember to put it in the fridge.

Myth #2 I Don't How to Bake so I definitely can't make bread...I have broken down this recipe into an easy to follow video series where I walk you through creating the starter to baking the bread. Sorry, no samples of the bread included. ;-)

Myth #3 It Takes Way Too Much Time...yes, it does take more time than grabbing a loaf of bread from the grocery store but the amount of time to create this bread is minimal. The required time is about 5 minutes per day to feed your starter and mix it. Then, when you're ready to prepare the dough you can have everything done and ready to go within 30 minutes.
